A brief summary of the process of shipping our orders How the shipping of our products works:

FREE SHIPPING: In order to maintain the CYGNUSS quality standard, unfortunately, no factory in our country, Brazil, has sufficient technology to produce the same type of CYGEL material and technology that we offer in our products. For this reason, our products are sent directly from our suppliers, who are located in Beijing, Asia. To compensate for the longer than normal delivery time, we also offer free shipping throughout Brazil and free exchanges for all purchases that our customers make with us! The estimated delivery time for products varies between 15 and 30 days, and may be a little more or a little less depending on the region and also on the availability of the post office. We are also subject to delays (strikes, high demand, overcrowding, holidays in general) because we depend on the post office services.

EXPRESS SHIPPING MODE: Cygnuss is also an exporter and has ready stock located in the Campinas-SP region. This option is available and visible at checkout only when the customer selects the "premium bra" product in the cart, as the other models are exclusively available from our resellers. If you have more than one model in addition to the premium one added to the cart, only Free Shipping with international shipping will appear.

The delivery time to any location in Brazil is counted from the date the product is posted!

  • ⁠If the order is not delivered within 60 business days, the customer may request a new shipment of the product.


- Shipping phases (transparency to the customer):

A) Orders are forwarded to our suppliers, who will separate, pack and process them;
B) We provide a tracking code to your email and/or WhatsApp within 7 working days after purchase, so you can track the delivery process;
C) The product will go through transit (Asia or Europe>Brazil), where it will be forwarded to the distribution unit and final route.


IMPORTANT! * We guarantee the delivery of your order and, if it is lost or misplaced before receipt, we assume responsibility for refunding the full amount paid or sending a new product.

If you still have trouble tracking your order, please send an email to our support team including your order code. It will be something like #101 and we need it to help you track your package. This code is present in all emails sent by us (Please note: It is not the email sent by Mercado Pago, but the email sent by our store.)
With your order code (#1234) we will respond within 24 business hours.

- I entered the wrong address, what do I do?

Most orders ship the next day. Please email us the day you place your order so we can update your address before it ships. We are unable to make any corrections after the order has been shipped.

We are not responsible if the product cannot be delivered to the recipient due to the delivery address being filled in incorrectly on our website at the time of checkout.

The tracking codes take 3 to 7 business days to be passed on from our suppliers to you, the customer.

Confirming that there is a problem with the logistics of your order, We will refund your purchase in FULL immediately after these verification steps.

- DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY CUSTOMS FEES WITH FREE SHIPPING?

We are subject to import fees, duties and taxes. Cygnuss is responsible for and will pay any payments and taxes that may occur!

- DELIVERY FAILURES

RECIPIENT ABSENT: In case of delivery failure due to the recipient being absent, a new attempt will be made on the next business day.

INCORRECT ADDRESS: In case of delivery failure due to incorrect address or unknown recipient, the order will be returned to the sender or will await collection.

WAITING FOR COLLECTION: Depending on the region, the order may be waiting for collection at the nearest post office. This happens because some of the above errors occur, but the order is not returned immediately. If the customer does not collect it, the order will be returned.

- SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

 Orders containing more than one different product or more than 3 units of the same product may be shipped in separate boxes without prior notice. This is to avoid overweight (2kg per box) or when the products are from different factories. In this case, a tracking code will be sent for each package shipped.

- PROBLEMS WITH TRACKING THAT MAY OCCUR:

 TRACKING NOT AVAILABLE: As the Free Shipping option is an International Order, it is necessary to use the tracking system provided by us because the tracking code is only available at the Post Office after the product arrives in Brazil, which takes up to 10 business days.

 TRACKING DOES NOT UPDATE: The tracking code updates periodically. If your tracking code has not yet updated to "Arrived in Brazil", please wait a few more days or contact us through support.

 IT SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT: If the code says it was delivered, but you didn't receive it, we ask that you immediately contact neighbors, those responsible for the location (doormen, cleaners), residents of the house or condominium. If this doesn't solve the problem, contact us and the Post Office.

- IMPORTANT NOTICES

When purchasing a product in our store, the customer must be aware that there is no possibility of speeding up delivery or canceling shipping after the tracking code arrives, nor is it possible to provide an exact date for delivery.

Due to the impossibility of predicting an exact date for the delivery of orders, Cygnuss will under no circumstances be responsible for the delivery of products before the date of specific events for the customer (Wedding, Birthday, Graduation, etc.), since the import process depends on the release of the product at the Brazilian Federal Revenue and Post Office.
